- Banding is extended on reverse side to allow for bar insertion.
This overlay has roman collars which can be hammered over and welded on to straight steel straight or twisted 1/2″ picket bars or 5/8″bars. By inserting an overlay element such as these allows for last minute changes in design and the creation of an entirely new visual perspective
