Customer Management
A customer registered with an account can get e-mail insights about new and existing product offers. This way you do not have to visit the website to see what's new.
Talking about addresses is important, especially if you wan to recieve your order and also on time. Please enter your Billing address and Ship-to address, and let us know if it's a Commercial or Residential Delivery location your order will be delivered to in the notes section of your order.
Product Type
Simply Click and add the item to your shopping cart, review the shopping cart to increase or decrease your required order quantity. Depending on the item type such as heavy cast iron parts- we suggest making two orders if you do not get an acceptable shipping quote or none at all since your order is based on size and weight.
If you see an item which is custom made and requires extra time to produce-- Call US First!-- we will let you know if to go ahead and order it online. Custom-ordered or specialty items require a few days to prepare and ship and note, these items are non-refundable. Don't hesitate to call for clarification and confirmation; communication is what sets the expectation level makes this work smooth!
Ordering Products
Currently, you can pay directly with your credit/debit card or pay via Pay-Pal. If you prefer to call in an order and pay directly, we will charge a processing fee to manually figure out your delivery details which includes shipping.
Simple, customer preference.
Click on the customer or user icon at the top of the page and that will lead to accounts and creating an account. Then, enter your information.
Via online or in-store purchasing. We have no minimum order quantity, so you can make a sample order before a future larger order quantity.
The Others
When is coupon is offered, you will be able to apply it during the check-out process.
Unfortunately we do not supply any stock materials as our focus in on Quality Ornamental Metals, Components and Tools to assist in design and fabrication of Fences, Gates and Railings. We also do NOT Fabricate nor offer design services. We leave these things to companies focused on stock material supply and; design and fabrication to our primary customers....the fabricators!
Online orders are usually shipped by UPS but we may use FedEx or USPS based on the customer or customer preference. For New Jersey Local Large Orders we use our own transportation.
